Heal2Toe Toe Separators

$70.00 incl. GST

Thick, reusable toe separators designed to provide a stronger stretch between the toes than standard pedicure separators. At APS, we recommend Heal2Toe primarily for use alongside Foot Mobilisation Therapy (FMT) to support toe mobility, spacing and alignment between sessions.

These are intentionally thick and are not designed for walking, exercise or wearing inside shoes.

Description

Heal2Toe Toe Separators are designed to create a deliberate, stronger stretch through the toes and forefoot, helping create space between crowded toes and encourage more natural toe positioning.

Unlike soft pedicure separators, Heal2Toe separators are substantial and intentionally thick. Their purpose is to place the toes into a greater degree of separation while you are sitting or resting, rather than simply keeping the toes apart.

At Advanced Podiatry Solutions, we find they are most useful when used in conjunction with Foot Mobilisation Therapy (FMT). FMT works hands-on with the joints and movement of the foot, while the toe separators can provide an additional stretch between appointments as part of a personalised care plan.

They may be recommended for people with:

  • Bunions / hallux valgus
  • Tailor’s bunions
  • Crowded or overlapping toes
  • Reduced toe spacing
  • Forefoot tightness
  • Toe and forefoot mobility restrictions

Important — These Are Not Pedicure Separators

Heal2Toe separators are designed to provide a significant stretch, so they may feel quite firm or intense when first used.

They are not intended to be worn all day and should not be:

  • Worn inside shoes
  • Worn while walking
  • Used during exercise or activity
  • Worn while sleeping

They are designed for use while seated or resting, when the feet can remain relaxed and unloaded.

How to Use

  1. Rinse the separators with water before use.
  2. Align the openings with each toe.
  3. Gently slide the toes through the separator.
  4. Sit or rest while wearing them.
  5. Begin with a short period and gradually increase your wear time as advised and as your feet become comfortable with the stretch.

The stretch should feel noticeable, but it should not become painful.

Why We Recommend Them With FMT

Toe position is influenced by more than just the toes themselves. Joint movement, foot alignment and the way the foot functions as a whole can all contribute.

For this reason, at APS we generally recommend Heal2Toe as a support to hands-on FMT care rather than a standalone solution.

FMT can help address movement through the foot and toe joints, while the separators provide a useful passive stretch at home between sessions.
